Request for Project Proposals: Expansion of Domestic Manufacturing Capacity for Nitrile Gloves
The Center for Industrial Base Management and Supply Chain (IBMSC), of the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) Administration for Strategic Preparedness and Response (ASPR), has a requirement to expand the domestic manufacturing capacity of nitrile gloves. This capacity expansion is essential to ensure sufficient nitrile gloves availability in response to surge demand during future Public Health Emergencies (PHEs).
